What has been the most important for the development of your career component?
The ability to sacrifice and to ensure constant awareness training, along with the ability to work in teams have been crucial in my professional development. As in sports, there are difficult times in your career and experience of having to overcome adversity is a great help.

What values has brought the world of sports to your career?
Very similar to what I try to apply to my work ethic: respect, effort, perseverance, humility, self-control, teamwork and patience to keep growing and promoting unburned stages.

What has your career years studying, training and competing in America?
Training and global vision with the ability to overcome through effort. The opportunity to have lived with people of different cultures and traveling helps you have a valuable perspective to integrate and adapt to multicultural environments.

Also, financial aid through a scholarship provides opportunities when you do not have resources and in turn forces you to have the discipline to maintain the scholarship and to finalize your sporting and academic goals.

Finally, an unforgettable human experience with great friendships I still maintain after all these years.

Why do you think we can develop talent and enable future leaders with Foundation programs?
I think the experiences of different people who have been through similar situations can be very valuable to inspire young people from different profiles and resources. The success stories should have a multiplier effect for both young or people with ability to support these initiatives and expand opportunities for greater social sphere.

Combine studies and sport in America was for me a unique and enriching experience that allowed me to learn about other cultures and lifestyles and helped me grow and mature in personal appearance. University studies and language allowed me to pursue a career in investment banking.

Why do you think we can develop talent and enable future leaders with Foundation programs?
